Exceeding Customer Expectations Since 1980

Dark Horse Electric was formed in 1980 with only two trucks and six employees. The business grew to over forty-five trucks and sixty team members and after 42 years the business transitioned to new ownership.

While we continue to construct power lines and trim and maintain customer distribution system rights-of-way, we rebranded the business as Dark Horse Electric to reflect both its past and current team. We are a mix of seasoned practitioners from a variety of backgrounds, all united as a fun and scrappy team that looks to delight and exceed our customers’ expectations. God willing, we intend for big things to come out of this little company.
